
Audrey Burgio joined Decypher Technologies in 2014 as a project coordinator and quickly became an essential leader in the company’s growth. Originally hired to manage purchasing and inventory, she demonstrated exceptional skill in organization, communication and process improvement, earning multiple promotions over the years. Audrey rose to project manager, then senior project manager and now leads Decypher’s logistics team in addition to her project management responsibilities.
Audrey has played a pivotal role in strengthening Decypher’s operations. She developed systems to streamline procurement, inventory control and project scheduling, improving internal communication and reducing delays. Her clear standards and eye for detail have brought consistency and accountability across teams, directly enhancing the company’s service delivery.
In 2024, Audrey led critical initiatives to document and formalize workflows that improved procurement, shipping coordination and project closeouts. She also mentored and trained new project management staff, shortening ramp-up time and raising performance across the team.
In February 2025, Audrey was named a partner at Decypher Technologies, recognizing her years of contributions and her reputation as a leader who delivers results through structure and follow-through.
Beyond her professional achievements, Audrey is a dedicated athlete and mentor in strength sports. She holds two American records in kettlebell sport and has competed in powerlifting, CrossFit and strongman competitions, including the USS Strongman Nationals in 2024. She self-published a book for beginners in kettlebell sport and regularly mentors women new to strength training, demonstrating her commitment to empowering others inside and outside the workplace.
